Dear Masters Students,
The Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences at Mount Sinai is working diligently to showcase the research produced by its students and faculty.
To achieve this goal, the School, together with the Levy Library, implemented a platform called PLUMx. This platform is able to track not only your peer-reviewed publications but also your presentations, white papers, conference abstracts or any other product of your study and research. The platform tracks each product and collects data on how many people cited, downloaded, clicked on, or viewed your work as well as how many times your work was mentioned in social media such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Each student and faculty member can have their own profile where works are uploaded and tracked.
See an example of Dean Filizola’s profile on PLUMx: https://plu.mx/mtsinai/u/mfilizola
