Previous Postdoc Experience:

Previously I was a postdoc in Richard Houlston’s lab at the Institute of Cancer Research (ICR) in London, working primarily on association studies and looking at interactions between cancer risk loci and cis or trans loci.

Prior to that I did my Ph.D. under David J. Hand and Axel Gandy at Imperial College London. During that time I developed a probabilistic star/galaxy classifier and an anomaly detection algorithm for digital sky surveys [these publications won’t show up on PubMed as they are outside the medical / biology field].
