Project/Research Interests:

I am studying MRI features of progressive multiple sclerosis. My research interests include but are not limited to:
• Automated anatomical MRI segmentation
• Population based MRI brain atlas generation
• Computerized MR image processing techniques such as non-linear image registration, and template-based segmentation for automatic brain tissue identification
• Combining cutting-edge research in medical image processing techniques with real medical application to understand morphological changes in healthy populations and in patients with neurological diseases such as Multiple sclerosis
• Neuroimaging studies of Multiple Sclerosis disease in children and adults
• Data Science, Data management, Big Data, Statistical analysis, Data modelling, Longitudinal data analysis, SAS programming, Machine learning
