I am using mouse genetic models to identify cell populations that give rise to the ventricular cardiomyocytes of the heart during embryonic development.
Undergrad institution and major: Boston University, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology
What did you do between college and grad school?
I spent one year working as a technician with Dr. Cynthia Bradham at Boston University. I then moved to NYC and spent 3.5 years working as a lab manager with Dr. Elena Ezhkova here at ISMMS.
