I’m using network analysis to identify relationships between seemingly unrelated diseases. I am trying to determine a network for a well state, transition to disease state, and a disease state inclusive of all of the diseases I am looking at. I am also going to look at if we could use these networks to diagnose diseases earlier or prevent a disease from becoming more severe.
